Patients who meet the eligibility criteria may purchase a second pair of custom orthotics for $320 when purchased within 90 days of their initial fitting appointment date.

2. Offer Eligibility

To be eligible for this offer, the following conditions must be met:

✅ The patient’s first pair of orthotics was fitted at least five (5) weeks ago.

✅ The initial orthotic fitting appointment occurred between January 1 and August 31 in the same calendar year.

3. Exclusions

This offer is not applicable to patients who:

❌ Do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2.

❌ Have been previously advised that a second pair of orthotics is not clinically appropriate.

4. How to Redeem

Eligible patients can purchase a second pair of orthotics for $320 within 90 days of their initial fitting.

Patients should discuss this offer with their clinician during their review appointment or contact their local clinic for more information.

5. Complaints and Disputes

If a patient believes they meet the eligibility criteria but were deemed ineligible, they may submit a written complaint within 30 days of the issue occurring.

The clinic will review all complaints and provide a response within 14 business days.
